Teladata will host an upcoming Technology Convergence SUSTAINABLE Roundtable Meeting that is exclusive for only end-users. The event will be held on May 12 from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Teladata's facility located at 44061 Old Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont, CA.
The International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) has asked Teladata to write a white paper on a How -to guide on Green Data Centers. The paper is intended to be used to help educate facilities management professionals, IT Professionals, and anyone involved with the design, planning, or operating Data Centers with insight on Sustainable Data Centers.
The roundtable session will consist of a small group of around 10-15 End- User Professionals. This session will focus on strategies and processes that largely contribute to reducing or optimizing the energy consumption of a data center. It’s a great place to network with your peers in the industry and share best practices, challenges, and gain knowledge of other professionals’ viewpoints.
We would like to get input from Industry Experts on Data Centers to potentially quote in our IFMA Green Data Center White Paper.
The white paper will be featured at IFMA’s World Workplace that will be held on October 27-29, 2010.
