Dowling Aaron Ensures & Enables Secure BYOD in the Enterprise

With the consumerization of enterprise mobility, a growing percentage of workers are using their personal devices to access corporate resources. Organizations must take advantage of this trend by empowering personal devices for productive business use through a secure Bring Your Own Device platform. For Dowling Aaron, a law firm based in Fresno, California, creating a streamlined mobile operation was a top priority for their attorneys. Dowling Aaron wanted their employees to have secure access to client information on mobile devices, therefore keeping the client data confidential and protected. The firm recognized the need for an enterprise mobility management solution and chose AirWatch to secure their fleet of 500 tablets and smartphones. With the AirWatch solution, Dowling Aaron was able to save the company money and better serve clients, while ensuring that their information remains safe. Today, Dowling Aaron utilizes a comprehensive Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform including Mobile Device Management and a BYOD program. The firm takes advantage of features such as remote wiping and password protection for corporate-owned and employee-owned devices.

Kevin Kiley, director of enterprise solutions at AirWatch and Darin Adcock, CIO at Dowling Aaron, will provide best practices and strategies on how organizations can utilize a comprehensive and scalable platform to centrally manage mobility across the enterprise. In addition, they will demonstrate how Dowling Aaron is currently leveraging AirWatch to create a secure and convenient BYOD program through a lessons learned approach.
